By accessing and using QR Market, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service and all applicable laws and regulations.

2. Description of Service

QR Market provides a platform for creating and managing listings with QR codes. Each listing includes:

• A customizable for sale sign with QR code
• A dedicated listing page
• Image hosting
• Contact information management

3. User Responsibilities

You agree to:

• Provide accurate listing information
• Only list items you have the right to sell
• Maintain appropriate content in your listings
• Keep your account information secure
• Not misuse or abuse the service

4. Listing Content

You are solely responsible for the content of your listings. Prohibited content includes:

• Illegal items or services
• Misleading or fraudulent listings
• Copyrighted material without permission
• Adult content or inappropriate material

5. Payment Terms

Creating a listing requires a one-time payment. Each listing remains active for 6 months. Payments are processed securely through Stripe and are non-refundable.

6. Termination

We reserve the right to terminate or suspend accounts that violate these terms or for any other reason at our discretion.

7. Limitation of Liability

QR Market is not responsible for transactions between users or the condition of items sold. We provide the platform only and do not guarantee sales or outcomes.

8. Changes to Terms

We may modify these terms at any time. Continued use of the service after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
